25 years after her mother was killed in the Rwandan Genocide, Dafroza Gauthier and her husband Alain want justice.

To this day, many survivors of the genocide feel abandoned due to how many perpetrators have escaped punishment. Many of the criminals that participated in the killings fled to Europe to escape the repercussions. The Gauthiers are fighting for justice with their collective (CPCR), where they have filed about 40 charges against alleged genocide victims. Their fight is a race against time – reliable witnesses are harder to find every year.
