The documentary series Heights of Delights gives evidence of the greatness of the European mountain region. Food from that area is of the highest quality and in this series, we will meet the people of these mountains, who through their cooking will grant us insight into the origins of regional recipes and into the everyday lives of the culinary masterminds. Whether the meals are cooked on a simple wood stove or in a high-tech kitchen – quality ingredients and culinary dedication make each meal a pleasure!

We will meet people who live in the mountains. This meeting will give us an insight into their kitchens, their lives, their regional culture, traditions and history beyond the cooking experience. The conscious dealing with nature and the appreciation of regionally cultivated goods brings up unique culinary specialties.
