Driven by the urge to develop a machine that moves through the air, the German-Frenchman is famous through Aviation history. Even today, members of the Dornier family build hydroplanes based on Claude Dornier’s design ideas from Munich and the Philippines. We explore the creative and driving forces of Claude’s work using interviews with experts and members of the Dornier family.
