Michael Manousakis, the boss of the Morlocks, receives a mysterious treasure map dating from the First World War. It leads to a Greek island near Crete, where the crew of the submarine U37 allegedly hid a treasure. Despite adverse circumstances, Michael plans an adventurous expedition. But before the treasure hunt can begin, he must first repair his beloved airplane, a DC3. Will Michael and his crew succeed in unravelling the mystery of the map?

Michael Manousakis is planning a treasure hunt in Greece, but a storm causes serious damage to his DC-3. He now has to track down spare parts for his vintage aircraft in Thailand. Meanwhile, his daughter Carla is repairing the parts that are still salvageable. The expedition can only go ahead if they both succeed. Back home, the Morlocks are trying to sell a former school bus as a campervan to fund the repairs.

Michael Manousakis is in possession of a mysterious map from the First World War, which is said to lead to a hidden treasure on an Aegean island. Following a failed attempt, he now wants to set off again from Crete with a team. Determined to recover the treasure, Michael puts together an expedition. But logistical challenges loom: which boat will take them to the island?

Michael Manousakis and the Morlocks are testing a LARC-15, an 18-tonne amphibious vehicle, for a client. The planned test run on the Rhine descends into chaos: a burst oil hose triggers a series of breakdowns. Quicksand and the vehicle’s inability to manoeuvre ultimately lead to a collision with a passenger steamboat. Michael Manousakis receives a call for help from his family in Crete: the olive harvest has come to a standstill because the forklift truck has broken down. Together with his team, he saves the production of the prized Manousakis olive oil. Back in Germany, the next challenge is already waiting: Michael wants to finally turn a profit again and plans to recondition and sell the countless second-hand engines on his farm.

Michael Manousakis wants to operate his aircraft for profit and offer sightseeing flights. To do so, however, he must meet strict requirements, including setting up his own in-house fire brigade. In the workshop, Günther and Alex are painting a Trabant, whilst new recruit Roman has to prove himself during a trial period. At the same time, the Poseidon is getting a new coat of paint: the excursion boat was damaged in the LARC disaster and is now set to shine in new splendour.

Michael takes on the role as an amateur actor in a charity film, giving it his all and with a healthy dose of self-deprecating humour. But the real challenge awaits in Tennessee, USA: eight Humvees need to be dismantled and shipped to Germany, whilst winter is really taking its toll on the team. Back home, there’s also a very personal project close to his heart: Michael’s 1950s Beechcraft is finally set to take to the skies again after years on the ground.

In freezing Tennessee, the Morlocks team is racing against the clock: eight Humvees need to be dismantled and prepared for transport to Germany before the next snowfall brings everything to a standstill. At the same time, Michael is trying to get his 1959 Beechcraft airworthy again after six years of inactivity. But then, of all things, the vintage school bus – the team’s only means of transport – breaks down.

Whilst Michael Manousakis and most of the crew return from the States following the failed aircraft mission, Timmi, Richie and Peter battle their way across the country to the east coast in a newly acquired school bus. The next job is already waiting for them in Germany: restoring a Chevrolet pick-up truck destroyed in the Ahr Valley floods turns out to be an emotional journey down memory lane for Michael ...

Julie and Rosi are on the hunt in Arizona for rare spare parts for a legendary K30, and their negotiating tactics are making even the most hardened scrap dealers break out in a sweat. Michael Manousakis faces a different challenge: he has bought a Bell helicopter whose dimensions exceed the limits of any standard low-loader. He wants to overcome the problem with a homemade solution. Meanwhile, a 1970s dragster with nearly 600 PS is waiting in the yard.
